Tall by Design NZ Ltd was established late 2005, it was borne out of frustration in not being able to find fashionable clothing that is long and that fits! I did some research and quickly discovered that there is a large network of tall women screaming out for tall clothing. The reactions and statements we received were amazing; “It’s about time someone did this!”. “I am so happy I can purchase clothing that fits, and locally!”. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Cant wait to start shopping!!. Being a tall woman myself at 6 0” / 1.83m, I have a complete understanding of the current lack of clothing options available. I decided it was time to change this and started to design a range focusing on essential pieces that were simple yet fashionable!
