Digital Threads was the first to offer online shopping for personalized embroidery and monogrammed gifts when the company was started back in 1996. We then went on to open the Digital Threads Yahoo! Store in 1998 making us one of the first and oldest Yahoo! Partner Merchants. Digital Threads is a family run business that melds the talents and showcases the artistic skills of its members. Bringing a long background of textile and embroidery experience, into combination with years of graphic design, allowed us to become and continue to be the internets premier embroiderer & gift shop. We provide personalized embroidered gifts for individuals and companies throughout North America and our products and service are consistently judged to be the best in the business. Simply put, we offer a long history of providing top quality products with award winning embroidery and a level of personal service that only can come from a family business. Our normal hours of operation are weekdays 7:00am to 5:00pm (Pacific Time) but thats a little deceiving. You can normally find us around here processing RUSH orders well into the evening. We believe in treating customers just the way we would like to be treated. So if working a little late will get a customers anniversary gift to a spouse in time for their wedding anniversary, then we all happily stay late.
