The first Z-CoiL shoe was designed in 1989 when Al Gallegos embarked on a quest to build a better running shoe that would reduce the impact on the body. After 7 years of designing, testing, and patenting, Z-CoiL Footwear Inc. officially opened its doors in January, 1996. Since then, Z-CoiL shoes have achieved popularity with runners, working America, and people in pain. Our shoes are sold all over America and Asia.
