I always had this fantasy about how Id like to plan my retirement. I was in Austin texas, and a friend of mine brought me to a kinda wellness community. Thay had a macrobiotic cafateria, yoga classes and child care. I think they had a pre school too. Wow I thought this is cool. Everything in one place, and extra interesting people as well. Since then Ive even searched the web looking for some other places like that. Yoga is really the best for me. There are plentry of different kinds of yoga, and many people have one kind in mind when they think of yoga. If you dont think its for you, try a different kind. Its not all just sitting in an uncomfortable position, and trying to float. It can be rigorous exercise, or quiet stress reduction time, and a hundred things inbetween. Before the warehouse got so busy, I used to go to a regular class and liked it very much. I would go two or three times a week. Then things here got busy, and I couldnt get away. So four years later....A yoga studio opened up TWO blocks away, and they have a class at lunch time. Ive been going everyday now for a few months and I have noticed such a difference. Now I feel like I have my little wellness center. Im far from retired, but Ive carved out a niche that works great for me.If only clarinet was going as well.
